Weaving Fragments
into a Legacy.

SCROLL

Connecting fading fragments of “living proof” and “dreams” to the future.
Fusing traditional techniques with modern wisdom, reweaving them into the assets of tomorrow.
Ultimately, creating a “World Asset” that will endure for 1,000 years.

Nishijin Wisdom and Modern Management

Without memory,
there is no true rebirth.

This phrase, etched amidst the rubble of the 2011 earthquake, is the genesis of Kakera Aloha. Buildings can be rebuilt, but lost culture and history can never return. Having led corporate growth as an IT executive, it was then I first confronted the absolute value of “multi-layered memories that data cannot replicate.”

What we challenge is the reversal of history. We reweave the story of Japanese immigrants who once remade Kimono into Aloha shirts to protect their identity, now using the pinnacle of modern Nishijin silk. By redefining the outlet for tradition through the logic of business, we are building an “ark” to carry culture 1,000 years into the future.

KAKERA — The “Living Proof” left for a millennium.

We gather three fragments and weave them into a single, eternal asset.

01. Fragment of Memory

The fading “living proof.” Earthquakes, the tides of time, personal stories on the verge of vanishing. Believing they are never mere debris, but a guiding light for the future.

02. Fragment of History

The history of Hawaiian immigrants who crossed the ocean and rewoven their identity. The tale of diaspora and integration is etched into the profound textiles of Nishijin.

03. Fragment of Technique

The supreme technique of Nishijin silk. A thousand years of wisdom residing in the craftsmen’s fingertips. We unleash this treasure onto the new arena of the global art market.

The philosophy of “Eight” weaving a 1,000-year asset design.

The Widening “Eight”

Suehiro. A traditional Japanese symbol of infinite prosperity. A prayer and vow for culture to flourish for a millennium.

8 Pieces per Color Annually

Developing unique colors symbolizing the 8 major Hawaiian islands. An exclusive production ensuring absolute rarity without chasing demand.

0

Strictly Limited to 8 Years

Only 64 pieces will be released into the world. The strict limitation carved over 8 years determines its ultimate value as an asset.

The Proof of 880,000 JPY

A testament to uncompromising materials and techniques. Presenting a proud and absolute pricing strategy.

The blueprint to leave “Living Proof” 1,000 years in the future.

Phase 1
Year 1 — 8

Genesis and Engraving: 64 Fragments and the Immortal Blueprint

Formulation of the Immortal Pattern (Mon-gami)
  • Establishing quality standards using the pinnacle of Nishijin silk (pure gold threads, platinum, turban shell).
  • Securing eternal reproducibility by finalizing the “Digital Weaving Data” alongside the physical shirts.
Selection of the Keepers and Finalization
  • Selecting the first 8 “Keepers” through an exclusive screening process. Contracting participation in the “management of 1,000 years of history.”
  • Permanently stopping new weaving after a total of 64 shirts. This becomes the denominator (hard cap) of value for 1,000 years.
Phase 2
Year 9 — 100

Apotheosis and Management: Accumulation of Provenance

Archiving Provenance
  • Permanently recording “whose hands it has passed through.” Operating the ownership history of the 64 shirts as an official archive.
Collaboration with Public Authorities
  • Promoting certification as a “Significant Cultural Resource of the 21st Century” in cooperation with government agencies.
  • Establishing its status as a historical legacy through deposits in major global art museums.
Establishment of the 1,000-Year Foundation
  • Building a “Perpetual Trust Fund.” Preparing the economic foundation to guarantee restoration and reweaving 100 years later.
Phase 3
Year 101 — 1000

Rebirth and Transcendence: The Shikinen Sengu Protocol

Centennial Ritual Rebuilding (Shikinen Sengu)
  • Based on the original digital data, the greatest craftsmen of that era weave the “Second Generation.”
  • Overcoming physical limits through the passing of techniques, continuing to provide humanity with the “brilliance of brand-new Nishijin silk.”
Passing the Baton of Technique
  • Forcibly installing the supreme techniques into the fingertips of the next generation of craftsmen through the reweaving process, ensuring the wisdom never dies.
Reaching the Year 3000
  • The former “fragments” come to fruition as a common heritage of humanity (World Asset), conveying the will for rebirth.

We are not looking for customers.
We are looking for “Keepers of Culture” to pass this heritage on to the next generation.
